Wonderful shot Tom. Wonderful colours and the ND grad sees to have work very well on this shot. I've been looking at getting one myself but I'm not sure I'll really get to use it enough so I'm still tossing up if I should (and just not tell the missus haha).

I think ND Grad is a must have tool for landscape photography (well... it helps a lot) but if you don't shoot landscape much its a tuff call.
The cokin filters are less expensive than the Lee so maybe you want to try the Cokin first. My friends use them and produce fantastic photos. :)

Thanks for the advice, at the moment I only do a bit of landscape photography (my subjects are pretty varied at present) but I might head over to the shops and do some more price caparisons. I noticed most of you shots are either Eastern suburbs or Northern Beaches, are you a local from either area?

I'm live in the North Sydney area so its a fairly quick drive up to the beach specially at the time of day when I drive. The road is usually empty :)

We're almost neighbours. Well in fact my bro lives out ur way :)
I know how it can be a challenge getting up in the morning but you'll forget all about it when you're presented with an awesome view of morning. :)

Very true. I'll make an effort sometime this week before work I think.
